Our COVID-19 Safety Procedures

We’re privileged to be open for business and ready to serve you. With that comes the responsibility of making sure we’re doing everything we can to keep you safe and healthy in these challenging times. In light of that, please review the changes we’ve made below.

Applicants

We’re offering limited showings with masks required to be worn properly over the nose and mouth. If you don’t wear it properly you will not be allowed to enter.

Owners

We’re accepting new rental homes! We’ll come to your home to do a first-time tour. All safety precautions will be followed, including wearing a mask. We’ll work with you over Zoom, telephone, or email for all other matters. Please feel free to email, text, or call for more information on how we may be of assistance.

Tenants

Please contact us if you have any questions. Emergencies will be taken care of safely and quickly. All other services will be taken care of in the order received depending on how urgent or non-urgent the issue is. All of our vendors are very serious about health and safety rules.
